Organizations in commercial, academic, or government settings can also use ExpanDrive at no cost, for up to 10 users per calendar year across the enterprise. Licensed use beyond 10 users or devices per calendar year requires a paid subscription.

While ExpanDrive for individuals and personal use is always free, upgrading to ExpanDrive paid includes access to:

• ExpanDrive's Server Edition to mount a drive for all users of the system, including system processes
• ExpanDrive's Web Management Console, for managing user configurations remotely
• Our Customer Support team, committed to making ExpanDrive work for you
• Use by more than 10 people or devices per calendar year

ExpanDrive's paid plan paid plan is $99/month and includes installation on up to 50 devices, with support for up to 4 Server Edition instances. For larger deployments, each additional block of 50 devices or 4 servers requires an additional $99/month license.
